Guinea wants to harmonize the treatment of two blood diseases: sickle cell anemia and hemophilia. A national workshop brings together, in Conakry, health professionals, institutional leaders and representatives of associations around a draft national guide. Objective: examine the document, amend it and achieve consensual validation before its transmission to the competent authorities.
